If you have experience in planning and leading initiatives, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, we want to hear from you Our client is looking to employ a Marketing Officer RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and implementing marketing plans Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits. Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional). . Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms. Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning. Assisting with the analyses of marketing data Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns Looking after the budget of the marketing department Managing the design / production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures. Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or related field. 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment Manufacturing/Transport/ Automotive Industry experience is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software and Graphic Design. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience using analytics software. Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns Excellent communication and presentation skills Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics Proficiency with content management systems Experience in planning and leading initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. ? Highly organized and detail oriented.
