Key responsibilities: Implement the marketing strategy and manage all social media platforms to share the Badisa story, promote the brand, and achieve fundraising goals. Ensure clear, compelling, and consistent communication across all channels, in line with the Corporate Identity (CI) policy and communication strategy. Design visual and creative material across platforms to enhance the organisation’s brand (including graphic design, photography, and videography). Manage the development and maintenance of the website and applications for Badisa. Qualifications: Degree or relevant experience in marketing and communications or related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media platforms and website analytics. Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans), both written and verbal, with a talent for storytelling and creativity. Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Creative mind and design capabilities with a proven portfolio. Experience in WordPress website management. Advanced computer application technology skills (photography and videography skills are advantageous). Valid driver’s license and own transport. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Why Join Badisa?
