RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our clients team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and tactics to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and print Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing activities Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items Support the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop content for marketing materials Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills A creative mindset and willingness to contribute to innovative marketing ideas Benefits Salary: Negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
