Duties and responsibilities Administration Assist Chief Marketing Officer and the marketing team with general administration Assist with on-boarding new employees and attorneys Coordinate photography of all attorneys within the Firm Coordinate business card order process for attorneys and senior management Monitoring of Budget actuals and Invoicing Monitor budget actual spend Carry out departmental invoice payment requirements, in line with set process Supplier Management & Stock Control Manage supplier relationships for all print work, gifts and branded marketing collateral Investigate and present new corporate gift ideas for Firm use Manage and ensure strict stock control of Marketing storeroom Maintain branding consistency Events Manage, coordinate and implement internal events used as staff incentives: Assist with the coordination of other internal and external events within the firm where required Partner and Staff Membership Monitor membership renewal dates and payments Coordinate partners' Fidelity Fund certificate submissions Keep abreast of membership body offerings Bid office Assist Tender Manger with administrative tasks when required Graduate recruitment Assist with all marketing aspects around graduate recruitment activities Skills and knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel (Advanced) Written and verbal communication skills Organisational and administrative skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task and deadline environment, under immense pressure Problem solving Attention to detail Ability to work independently/self-manage activities, yet collaborate with other team members Qualification/s Matric / Grade 12 A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing Relevant in-house marketing experience in a corporate environment (3-5 years) Previous work experience within a legal firm will be an added advantage Apply Now
