We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. If you have excellent written skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads and HubSpot, a flair for creativity, and a passion for social media, we want to hear from you Job Summary As a Marketing Associate at WastePlan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in marketing, excellent written communication skills, proficiency in Google Ads and HubSpot, a creative mindset, and expertise in social media management. Responsibilities: Content Creation Develop compelling and engaging written content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials using HubSpot's content management system Craft clear and persuasive copy that communicates our brand message effectively to the target audience Google Ads and HubSpot Management Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales Utilize HubSpot's marketing automation tools to create targeted email campaigns, track customer interactions, and analyse campaign performance Creative Campaigns Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement Collaborate on designs to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for marketing initiatives Social Media Management Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty, utilizing HubSpot's social media management capabilities Market Research and Analysis Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation using HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement using HubSpot's reporting features Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in creating compelling written content for marketing purposes Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization Proficiency in using HubSpot's marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Employment will be implemented in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
