Manage graphic design for all creative work
Overseeing company marketing budget
Assist management team with new product launches
Coordination of subscriptions to online and/or printed magazines
Coordinate annual advertising campaign, in line with allocated budget
Assist with content for advertisements, editorials and articles
Liaising with media in terms of negotiating rates, booking media, enring deadlines are met
Supporting the Managing Director and sales team by coordinating and collating content to support campaigns
Driving campaigns through various print, digital and social media platforms
Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign and evaluate the success
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure a seamless experience
Identify and coordinate the acquisition of all equipment and material necessary for the event including décor, catering, equipment, promotional items and marketing literature
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future events
Assisting with content for internal newsletter on a quarterly basis
Proof reading and editing of internal and external adverts, write ups, articles etc.
Managing company shared marketing drive
Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Implementing communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the company
Creating a brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate company brand to existing and prospective customers
Coordinating requirements for promotional material as defined by management / budget
Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
Ensuring the availability of stock as and when needed
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
