Reference: FRD000228-KB-1 Client based in JHB seeks the services of Marketing Communications Specialist. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans tailored specifically for the MEA region. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Create engaging content for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media platforms. Collaborate with internal partners to develop impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives. Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring successful execution and maximum brand exposure. Supervise and analyze marketing and communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communication to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Provide regular progress updates on activities to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (>5 years) in corporate marketing and communication, preferably in the MEA region. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages relevant to the MEA region is a plus. Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Experience with event planning and coordination. Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques. Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with remote teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
