Marketing Coordinator (Fish Hoek / Noordhoek) - Cape Town City Centre

Our client, a leading luxury hospitality company specializing in exquisite accommodations and personalized guest experiences, is looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's luxurious accommodations and exceptional guest services.

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract new customers to the company's portfolio of properties.

  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including the company's website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing service providers to support the company's marketing objectives.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotional activities, and partnerships to enhance the company's brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.

  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques, trends, and best practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content for digital channels.

  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination would be an advantage.
