Marketing Manager - Hospitality - Onsite Pretoria East Seeking a Dynamic Marketing Manager Join our team as a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our comprehensive marketing strategies. We're in search of a candidate with a knack for digital marketing, social media strategies, public relations, brand management, and lead generation. If you're passionate about enhancing our corporate image and driving business growth, we want you Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand awareness and business growth. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and online ads. Manage social media platforms for consistent messaging and audience engagement. Lead public relations initiatives to enhance our resort's reputation and visibility. Ensure brand consistency across all design aspects and marketing materials. Drive impactful marketing initiatives to maintain a strong brand identity and attract leads. Optimize online presence through effective platform management. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns efficiently. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics for campaign effectiveness and ROI. Admin Responsibilities Compile and prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and budgets for decision-making. Manage design work and implementation. Maintain an efficient reporting and statistic system. Prepare monthly reports for General Manager presentation. Measure key performance indicators. Required Knowledge & Skills Graphic design proficiency and advanced computer skills. Familiarity with various social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing research. Knowledge of PR, design, and marketing industry practices. Advanced skills in design programs and relevant software. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Passion for hospitality and luxury experiences. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Proven senior marketing management experience, preferably in hospitality. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
