The purpose of the Marketing manager position is to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization and the different divisions in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Role responsibilities Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities within the marketing Department Develop the marketing budget and strategy in line with company objectives Formulate and manage strategic marketing objectives Analyse consumer behaviour, current market conditions and competitor information Manage and oversee the conceptual establishment, roll-out and marketing campaigns Provide marketing insights through tracking, analysis and summarizing data and trends Produce valuable and engaging content for company websites and communication channels Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity Manage and improve lead generation campaigns with sales activities Work with department heads to develop sales driven marketing campaigns and incentives. Oversee co-ordination with suppliers and customers pertaining to events and sponsorships Work with various departmental heads and branch managers to ensure online and branch specials are run consistently Work developers and IT to ensure the day-to-day management, functionality and growth of the E-commerce store Qualification and Skills required: Degree or Diploma in marketing or a related field 2- 5 years' experience in a similar position Proven experience in identifying target audiences. Experience with successfully leading across channels, marketing campaigns Ability to analyse market trends and manage budgets Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing Experience in E-commerce not required but will benefit Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web-Trends etc.) Desired Skills: Market Research Marketing Strategy Marketing And Sales E - Commerce Analyst Marketing campaigns Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Employer & Job Benefits: Provident Fund
