As a Marketing Manager at Pump and Abrasion Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence through effective asset coordination, social media planning, public relations and direct collaboration with the global sales teams. Your expertise will be vital in managing various marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with our global strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Asset Coordination: Oversee the rebranding and design of company assets, including manuals, brochures, and presentations, ensuring adherence to template approvals and brand consistency. Social Media Management: Plan and coordinate content creation for social media, manage posting schedules, and oversee community engagement including comment management. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team on the marketing aspects of events and training sessions, manage logistics for events, and ensure successful execution and follow-up. Content Development: Write and coordinate content for platforms such as LinkedIn and our website, including event summaries, product highlights and new product launches. Public Relations: Manage interactions with the media, handle public relations briefs, and ensure timely responses to press inquiries. Project Management: Supervise and streamline the management of marketing projects and briefs, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and meet project requirements. Collateral and Design Management: Coordinate the creation of various marketing materials such as business cards, certificates, posters, and ensure proper management of digital assets and folder structures. Qualifications: (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a marketing coordination role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and familiar with content management systems and design software. Additional Skills: Creativity and problem-solving aptitude. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all marketing output. Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
