Marketing Operations Lead - Randburg

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing operations lead with exceptional client liaison skills to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end marketing operations process, from prospecting and lead generation to post-event reporting. Proposal development:Work closely with the project manager and creative team to develop compelling proposals.Ensure proposals align with client objectives and budget constraints.4. Negotiation and contract closure:Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.5. Client relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction.6. Collaboration with internal teams:Liaise between clients and internal teams to communicate client expectations.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure client deliverables are met.7. Market research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.8. Reporting and analysis:Track and report sales performance metrics.Analyse client feedback and propose improvements to services.9. Client briefings:Attend client briefings to understand event requirements and objectives.Ask clarifying questions to gather comprehensive information.10. Concept development: - Brainstorm and develop creative concepts in response to client needs. - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure concepts align with the client's vision.11. Budgeting: - Prepare detailed budgets for proposed events. - Present and discuss budgets with clients, addressing any questions or concerns. - Revert and make adjustments to budgets based on client feedback.12. Event planning and execution: - Oversee the entire event planning process, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination. - Ensure all elements of the event are executed according to the client's specifications.13. Client communication: - Conduct weekly client feedback sessions during ongoing campaigns. - Provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather client input.14.
