Your primary objective? Maximizing vehicle uptime and ensuring our fleet stays in peak condition to keep operations running smoothly. Execute maintenance tasks : From routine inspections to complex repairs, you'll tackle a variety of jobs outlined in ad-hoc job cards issued by our Garage Foreman. Prioritise safety: We take safety seriously. You'll work diligently to uphold compliance with the OHS Act and regulations, ensuring the highest standards of occupational safety for yourself and your team. Continuous improvement : We're always striving for better. Join us in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our factory, where innovative ideas are not just welcomed but encouraged. Maintenance excellence : Establish and maintain high standards for our Garage, ensuring it always operates efficiently and effectively. Trade tested mechanic. Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of OH Act and regulations Familiar with root cause analysis techniques
