Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Mechanical Draughtsperson to join our client's team in Johannesburg. As a Mechanical Draughtsperson, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for mechanical components and systems. Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings of mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications. Review and analyze design blueprints, sketches, and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design principles. Compile and organize technical data and specifications for each project. Perform quality control checks on completed technical drawings to verify accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical drafting and design. Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Draughtsperson or similar role. Proficient in using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and techniques. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
