A prestigious platinum mining company is currently looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineering Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment at the mining site. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Monitor and analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a mechanical maintenance role Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mechanical trade qualification Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of the platinum mining industry is preferred Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
