This will be an opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects and foster a deep understanding of the global business landscape. This is a permanent position that offers an 18-month programme in which you will be required to travel internationally. Suitable candidates will need to have a Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. Responsibilities: Project Participation: Engage in real-world projects within the global business landscape, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for industries worldwide. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different functions and regions to gain insights into various aspects of the company's operations and to contribute to interdisciplinary projects. Problem-Solving: Apply engineering principles and innovative thinking to address challenges and optimise processes related to bearings, units, seals, lubrication solutions, and maintenance services. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements, contributing to the development of strategies for product enhancement and market expansion. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in mechanical and industrial engineering, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and growth. Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, fostering collaboration and alignment towards common goals. Leadership Development: Participate in leadership development programmes and training sessions to enhance project management and leadership skills, preparing for future leadership roles within the organisation. Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network, both locally and globally, leveraging connections to exchange knowledge, insights, and opportunities for collaboration. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of engineering solutions and deliverables, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements to meet customer expectations and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
