Looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in fire to become a part of this dynamic organization. This could be your long-term career move to join a South African-owned multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm with opportunities to work across the Southern and Sub-Saharan African continent. Develop fire safety and compliance designs for multi-disciplined projects throughout South Africa. Manage small and medium-sized projects with limited guidance. Manage large projects on an experience-proven basis or as part of the company fire design management team. Attend client meetings, site meetings, and surveys. Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and project management administration. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical building services. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SANS deemed to satisfy and rational building fire safety design. Experience with designing of firefighting equipment, thermal modeling, and fire sprinkler systems. Qualification: BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
