The main purpose of this position: Optimize the company’s stock holding based on data analysis Streamline the ordering of stock Key Performance Outputs: (But are not limited to) Inventory Management (Order decision making and placement) Managing Supply Chain KPIs (Cash Flows, Write Offs, Overstocks) Navigate and maintain an excel procurement model Foreign and local supplier payments Management of GRV’s Tender applications Communication with third party service providers – Distributor and Freight Forwarder Liaising with suppliers – forecasts, supplier meetings, negotiations Requirements: BCom Finance supply chain BSc/BEng Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical) 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Desirable Experience: Pharmaceutical experience FMCG experience Skills & Competencies Excel Smartsheet Power BI Paste Behavioral Qualities: Sense of urgency Interpersonal skills Good communication skills Good compliance General Working Conditions: Own Vehicle (Travel – Local) Ability to make informed decisions independently Please email CVs to infoglass-house.co.za
