Medical Education Specialist - Johannesburg

As a Medical Education Specialist you will be cooperate with many people and teams as well internally and externally. Also, you will be looking after various topics, such as organization of surgeons' trainings, building relationships with business and external stakeholders, development of Educational Programs, or managing cost allocation. What will you be doing? HCP customer engagement Administrative functions such as SWAT, event management Cross functional interactions with BU Sales Marketing, Sales & Prof Affairs Managing Med Ed events Managing Compliance related activities Development and delivery of content for local Med Ed meetings What will you need to be successful? 5 years of experience in Medical Education or Marketing in the Medical related Industry; or 3 years of experience in Contracting, Marketing or Professional Affairs in the Medical or related Industry Strong ability to develop and write strategic business plans Leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time - strong organization skills Project and People Management Skills, Clinical knowledge of Orthopedics and Wound Management (nice to have) You.
