A vacancy recently became available in our Stellenbosch Reception department. All interested candidates are invited to apply. Requirements: Grade 12 (a medical diploma will count in your favour); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Must be able to type fast and accurately; Must be able to interact professionally on all levels; Well presentable and friendly. Duties: Receive incoming patients; Capture patient information on system; Understand and communicate medical aid benefits to patients; Contact patients re excess payments; Assist with bookings; Handling of telephone calls; General administrative duties; Assist with receiving of payments; Maintain patient confidentiality; It will be expected of candidates to undergo a data capturing/typing test. Please note that Saturday work (09h00-13h00) will be performed on a rotational basis.
