Merchandiser - George
A well established company within the FMCG sector is looking for Merchandisers. Duties: To provide efficient and professional merchandising services to allocated customers in order to facilitate sales and improve the shopper experience. To ensure the timeous delivery and erection of displays according to the route plan and standards set by the Vendor. Deliver merchandising services productively and cost effectively. Conduct basic calculations for stock control and case conversion and ensure accuracy. Engage with customer to address complaints about deliveries not being on time, out of stock items etc. as the first level of contact. Requirements: Completed Matric or equivalent accredited by SAQA. A valid driver’s license Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in the Merchandising environment, preferably from the FMCG industry Must live in George Time Management Good communication skills Planning and organising Attention to detail. Basic numeric skills. Flexibility to sleep out as and when required. The ability to work under pressure and overtime when required
