What will you do? We are looking for full-time Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists to join our team. These roles will be hybrid, based in Gauteng. The Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies. The ideal candidates will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills. Key competencies and Requirements Matric/Grade 12 A commercial Degree or Diploma would be advantageous English proficiency & Afrikaans Excellent communication and organizational skills A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Commercial & Personal Lines sales or a related field. A deep understanding of the commercial insurance market and products would be advantageous. FAIS accreditation. RE5 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of meeting sales targets. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to continually develop knowledge and skills in the industry Turnaround time The shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached.
