Stay calm and tech on Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or something similar. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate preferred.
