Millwright qualifications. 5-10 years of experience. A polished appearance is important to us – we expect you to be well presented at all times. Exceptional communication skills will help you excel in this role and work effectively with our team. Overtime and traveling will be required from time to time. Proven track record and references. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems like ISO is beneficial. Accurate, self-motivated, and proactive. Ready to take initiative and thrive under pressure. Diagnosing electronic issues; meticulous in complex mechanical tasks. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Your Duties: Conducting electronic fault-finding with precision. PLC systems – handling Programmable Logic Controllers. Navigate Frequency Drives confidently and address any issues that arise. Tackle challenges with PNI/ Labelling systems and make them function flawlessly. Ensuring Server Motors operate at peak performance. Optimise VSD (Variable Speed Drives) operations. Master the art of Pneumatics, making sure everything is running smoothly. Conquer the complexities of Columbus Encoder and Profibus Encoder systems. Handle Linear Systems adeptly, making precise adjustments when needed. Keep the following components in top shape: Ball Stream, Bushes, and Bearings. Proficient at reading and interpreting Electric Drawings. Service and Maintenance: Complete equipment repairs and service. Test work for compliance and demonstrate machine operation. Obtain customer sign-off for invoicing. Administrative tasks: Prepare quotes, job sheets, and equipment reports. Ensure parts meet manufacturer's specs and work follows safety regulations. Quality Management : Adhere to Quality Management docs and assist in system audits. This will be a Field Service position, bringing your expertise directly to where it's needed. Apply Now
