This is a permanent position with benefits. The millwright in this position will ensure optimum plant availability & efficiency by maintaining and repairing plant and equipment according to engineering specifications and safety standards. Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum Qualification / Experience: Millwright Trade Test Certificate (Mechanical & Electrical) Minimum 5 Years qualified as an Artisan, with experience in maintenance in an Electronic Engineering environmentWilling and Able to work long hours in a demand and challenging manufacturing environmentProgramming and Fault Finding Knowledge of Safety Rules and RegulationsComputer Literate SAP spares ordering experience MECHANICALLY Sound and ELECTRICALLY Strong PLC experience Hand-on approach and pride in work performed Total commitment to product quality Plan, organize and control costs Key Competencies / Skills: Problem solving Resilience Initiative / Proactive Self-awareness Positive attitude Willing to work long hours Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment Ability to work without supervision Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe & healthy working environment in the department. Ensure asset availability conforms to agreed KPIs. Asset Management to maintain equipment in standard condition. Financial controls of maintenance budgets. Consumable and critical spares requests, update and verification. Daily line inspections and repairs. Carry out PRAGMA inspections, adhoc, breakdowns and preventative maintenance. Shutdown action plan and execution. Safety custodian for area of responsibility and ensure compliance. Shutdown resource allocation. Standby duties and call-outs. General housekeeping and ensure OHS Act compliance. Record and achieve set KPI''''s. Waste reduction and elimination. Training of department maintenance team and process controllers. Rebuild and continuous improvement projects/initiatives. Reporting of unsafe acts and conditions. Ensure Process Controllers adhere to process controls standards.
