Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Millwright to join a reputable mining company. As a Millwright in the mining industry, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of machinery used in mining operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. Responsibilities Perform regular inspections and maintenance on mining machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and breakdowns Repair or replace faulty components as needed Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Provide technical support and assistance to other team members Requirements N3 Mechanical and Electrical Certificate Trade certificate as a Millwright or equivalent qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright in the mining industry Strong knowledge of PLC, VSD, SIMACODE, and SCADA Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed Benefits Salary negotiable Family Responsibility leave (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
