Millwright Ref: 3449 - Johannesburg
The perfect candidate will have completed Matric (Grade 12) as well as an N3 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification. You will also have a Millwright Trade Test and a minimum of 3 years post-trade test experience in an FMCG environment. Knowledge of coal fired boilers and ammonia refrigeration plants are a big bonus.
In this role, you will be responsible for planned, preventative maintenance as well as any repairs on equipment assigned to you. You should be able to overhaul and rewire old equipment to improve efficiency and minimise breakdowns. You will also be maintaining coal fired boilers and boiler steam lines as well as operating an ammonia refrigeration plant.
