Reference: WB003487-SH-1Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their production plant by installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment. Qualifications Millwright trade qualification (required). Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (required). N4 qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred). Minimum 3 years of apprenticeship experience as a Millwright (required). 3-5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a production plant environment (preferred). Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and YSD systems (required). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability and willingness to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
