The Mine Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mining operations, including production, safety, and compliance. They will lead a team of mining professionals and work closely with other stakeholders to optimize production and ensure the efficient operation of the mine. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the mining operations, including planning, production, and safety. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Optimize production and minimize costs. Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve operational goals. Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement necessary improvements. Requirements Grade 12 Bachelor's/Diploma in Mining Engineering (metalliferous) Mine Managers Certificate Registered with ECSA 8 years of experience in hard rock mining production management 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the mining industry Strong technical knowledge of mining operations, practices, and equipment.
