Motor Dealership Service Manager - Cape Town City Centre
*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
This reputable and long-standing dealership is looking for an experienced Service Manager to take the team to the next level. You will be responsible for the full productivity and profitability of the workshop and frontline staff. We are looking for a hands-on person, with a strong business acumen and technical knowledge. We require at least 5 of years RECENT Service Management experience within a franchised dealership, preferably with multi-brand experience, a stable work history and contactable references. Working knowledge of Pinnacle would be a big advantage.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 5 years of Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership (multi-brand experience is beneficial)
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Working knowledge of a DMS (Pinnacle is an advantage.)
Understanding of dealer service levels
A stable work history
