*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE* A renowned Cape Town dealership is looking for a skilled Service Manager to oversee a sizable and busy workshop and who can navigate workplace dynamics. Your responsibilities include managing a motivated Technical team, a frontline team focused on customer satisfaction, and ensuring targets and CSI standards and satisfactory customer service are achieved. You will need to have at least 3 recent years of Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership with a stable work history and a good and stable track record. A Business Degree/Diploma would be beneficial.
