Motorcycle Parts Sales Executive - East Rand, Gauteng Are you passionate about motorcycles and skilled in Parts Sales? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Motorcycle Parts Sales Executive within their thriving automotive industry. Requirements: Grade 12. Minimum of 3 years Motorcycle Parts Sales experience in the automotive industry. Good attitude, hardworking, and sales driven. Availability to work on Saturdays and attend events as required. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Welcome and attend to all internal customers in the warehouse. Assist workshop/sales customers professionally and courteously. Handle general telephonic enquiries with efficiency. Establish customer needs through open questions and active listening. Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and tidy parts display area. Ensure current stock and correct pricing on display. Reflect available stock accurately in the system. Order non-stocking items to complete orders. Identify and report unsold parts weekly to the Parts Manage. Product Knowledge: Possess effective product knowledge, especially in motorcycle parts. Explain technical details in a simple and understandable manner. Highlight benefits to add value, such as EPC (electronic parts catalogue) Quotations and Orders: Provide accurate and timely quotations to internal customers. Generate correct order forms with accurate information. Brief dispatch supervisor on priorities. Ensure timely delivery of orders, adhering to discount structures. Special Orders: Confirm receipt of ordered parts. Place orders with suppliers and verify accuracy of ETA. Document orders in the special-order book. Inform internal customers of special-order arrivals. Quality Control: Inspect all picked deliveries against invoices and workshop requisitions. Adhere to control systems for all parts entering and leaving the department. Documentation and Financials: Complete parts order documentation according to job cards. Ensure all credit and stock adjustments are signed off by Financial Manager/Parts Manager. Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
