Customer Service Representative Pretoria, Gauteng DEPARTMENT: Front of House JOB ROLE: Receptionist REPORTING TO: Store Manager WORKING HOURS: Branch Determined POSITION PURPOSE: Effectively & efficiently perform all front of house functions LOCATION: Menlyn Mall, Brooklyn Mall KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions: Greet Customers, Direct Visitors and Manage incoming Calls Keep reception area neat and clean at all times Assist with client requests and inquiries Client Communication (quotes, job status etc) Printing and Processing Invoices Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card) Selling Company Products Stock Taking & Stock Management QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric (Grade 12) – Essential Administrative Experience – Preferable Retail Experience – Preferable PC Literate (Excel, i-Tunes, Emails etc) – Preferable Apple Experience – Beneficial CORE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Customer Focus Communication Skills Sales Orientated Accountability ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE Cellular including Vodacom, Samsung, MTN, iStore, Huawei.
