The Music Coach is required to perform the following duties as an Independent Contractor: plan and prepare for music lessons in advance; Provide music lessons to individual- or groups of students; administrate student attendance and learning performance; provide lesson feedback to students; enthusiastically participate in Company events and marketing endeavours; utilise and safeguard tools and equipment provided by the Company in accordance with prevailing policies and procedures. Requirements The Music Coach would be required to demonstrate the following: A formal qualification in the field of Music, Arts and/or Entertainment (preferable); A formal qualification in Teaching or Education (advantageous); A code EB drivers license and own transport required, with PDrP as an advantage; A good work ethic and team player; A positive attitude and be a self-motivated individual.
