The Nando’s LEAD program aims to upskill current Junior Managers, who have shown great potential, within our Corporate System as well as those external candidates that meet the entry requirements. Number of Positions: 6 This upskilling leans towards building exceptional Assistant Patrao’s as the successful completion of the program guarantees these individuals placement into Assistant Patrao Roles. The programme is based in Johannesburg Minimum Requirements Matric with a University endorsement. South African citizen. Minimum of 1-year management experience at a Junior level. Applicants must be prepared to relocate at the end of the programme for placement purposes. Duties & Responsibilities • The program offers individuals who have previously not had the opportunity to obtain a tertiary qualification an opportunity to complete a Certificate in Business Management through the University of Johannesburg. • In addition to the academic component, the student will complete the full Hatchlings Program, supported by workshops, contact sessions, and relevant coaching. • The program comprises of both University Modules (Theory) as well as practical, On-The-Job Training. • Successful completion of the program will result in placement as an Assistant Patrao.
