Implement education strategy; Responsible for executing the training calendar; Prepare and maintain training facilities; Participate in Trainer the Trainer sessions; Build and maintain relationships with training institutes; Assist training institutes with stocktakes, ordering process and clinic day preparation and execution; Assist students with the ordering process; Drive students through enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise to be positioned as a favoured brand; Provide feedback to Education Manager on all relevant aspects related to training institutes; Support the National promotional calendar with the Sales & Marketing team; Communicate Environ brand developments and innovations to EDSA Staff and Stockists; Assist with ongoing recommendations to drive in store experience for both Retail and Professional lines; Assist Sales team with stockist training histories and requirements; Research competitors' innovations, trends, and pricing; Compile and submit monthly reports to Education Manager timeously; Manage and contribute to the education team through portfolio works. Qualified Skin Care Therapist with at least 3 years' experience; 2 – 3 years' experience as an Educator and / or Somatologist / Beauty Therapist; Diploma or Degree / Advanced Diploma in Somatology / Beauty Therapy; Valid Drivers License with a vehicle; Able to travel for 1 week away from home.
