Introduction A well known diagnostic pathology service client Description A well known diagnostic pathology service client is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a National QA Manager. Responsibilities: Management of QA schemes and national accreditation Drive cost effectiveness Regular management of the execution of lab technical audits Assist with SANAS accreditation Assist with quality audits Management of health technology assessment unit Development of proficiency testing schemes Approval of products and services Must have: Matric Clear criminal record 5 years' experience as a Manager 8 years' of lab accreditation and quality management experience SANAS Audit training certificate - advantage Must have HPCSA registration as Medical Technologist / Scientist / Pathology NQF 8 - Health Science or similar Must have knowledge of: relevant legislation, QA principles, pathology disciplines, ISO standards Advanced knowledge of statistics - Plus Leadership skills Excellent English communication Interpersonal skills Computer literate Analytical Familiar with Q Pulse quality system database Great track record - reference checks will be conducted upfront Profile A well known diagnostic pathology service client is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a National QA Manager.
