Network and Voice Specialist Menlyn, Pretoria Permanent Job Purpose: To ensure a sustainable IT Network for the group of companies. Job Duties: Provide support and maintain VOIP Infrastructure Monitoring voice servers Creating user profiles for Cisco phones Assisting with integrations with external parties Troubleshoot of the telephony system Monitoring call recordings Conducting back ups Configure, troubleshoot and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure Configuring, supporting and maintaining Cisco switches on the LAN Creating architectural diagrams for the IPT System Setting up new network links and cross connects Liaise and correspond with third party suppliers for quotations and orders Monthly reporting Requirements: Matric IT related Diploma/Degree 5 years' IT Experience 3 Years' Insurance experience (Advantageous) CCNA Voice, Wireless, Routing and Switching CCNPF Clear ITC
