NETWORK SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - South Africa
SCOPE: The successful candidate will will be responsible for planning, developing, deploying, testing and optimisingnetwork and system services, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems, especially environments with multiple operating systems and configurations and provide troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar related qualification. Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience; Significant experience Linux administration; Significant experience with Python; Significant experience with business networks; Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred); Experience with network security (intrusion detection, encryption); and Experience with virtualization (Docker, VSphere, VirtualBox). Recommended Skills and Experience Python: i. PCPP-31-1xx ii. PCPP-32-2xx Cloud: iii. AWS Professional Level Courses iv. AWS Specialty Level Courses Leadership experience; Experience in enterprise networking policy; and Experience in authentication (LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
