No company profile currently exists for this company To provide specialised services related to synthesis chemistry to the business and to develop business plans for the commercial manufacturing of API’s based on CPT Pharma Technology. Responsibilities: Evaluate technology packages generated by R&D team to assess the technology for readiness and ease of implementation Conduct raw material costing of technology packages Facilitate the development of a business plan for an API manufacturing plant Identify and evaluate new market needs and ensure growth targets are achieved Technology Innovation Developing growth plans Grant application and management Coordinate training opportunities within technology and funders network partners Develop and implement business and operational plans, objectives and targets Ensure SLA's and schedules are developed and achieved PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or a Masters degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with industry experience At least five years’ experience in commercial chemical manufacturing in roles in production or business development for a product line in high value chemical manufacturing companies Ideally three years commercial experience Exposure to development of business plans for expansion of manufacturing plants Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry Experience in achieving results within a matrix team Strategic with the ability to deal with complexity Stakeholder Engagement Able to set a clear vision and gain commitment to achieve results Sound written and verbal communication Analytical and a problem solver Innovative Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking Able to effectively work in a pressurised environment Closing date: 20 March 2024 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
