A well-established IT Support company based in Sandton is looking for an experienced New Business Contact Manager, to join their dynamic company. Responsibilities To build new corporate clients Lead generation which involves cold calling & Networking. Develop relationships with key decision makers in major organisations to improve opportunities for new sales. Excellent phone manner, rapport building and relationship management skills when dealing with heads of department. Well presented when attending client meetings Maintain contact in form of emails and phone calls with key decision makers. Create Ingenious Opportunities for new sales leads To act as a role model to other NBCM's in winning business By attaining targets and KPIs, you will set a precedent to the rest of the team. Being proactive Positive and enthusiastic team player Networking and telemarketing Obtaining leads through self-generation Accountabilities Achievement of Turnover, appointment and daily call goals as set by manager. Based on clients trialling or SLA Signed. Daily KPI sheet completed. One to One's with Line Manager Daily sales meetings Have the required level of business IT product knowledge. When clients commence with Trial or SLA Proper Handover to Key Account Manager. Conversion of Client appointments to Turnover Turnover increases in IT ops General administration Follow up emails post-appointment/post-phone call Handover forms Keeping client database updated Load Leads on ConnectWise (CRM System) Skills and Capabilites Flexibility and Adaptability There may be need to work out of hours or attend client/company functions Company is Developing a new Sales Team; it is necessary to show versatility to new initiatives Leadership and Initiative Run your own business within the business You will have autonomy and ownership of your business Results Orientation You will need to understand KPIs, obtaining turnover targets and what it means to the company business Influence and Persuasiveness In order to acquire key accounts you will need to convince your client why they should use company Strong negotiating skills Ability to understand the clients' needs Acquiring commitment from your client Customer Focus Customer is always paramount Keeping customer informed Financial Analysis and Business Acumen Understand KPI targets including turnover & commission Knowledge of MS Excel Understanding an uncapped earning potential salary Motivation Showing colleagues encouragement and positive reinforcement. Oral Communication and Presentation Well groomed for client to client meetings Eloquent and clear diction R 15 000 - R 20 000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience) with R40k OTE Commission Structure : 1. Signing Fee on a SLA (Managed IT Solutions): Month to Month Sales – 1.2% Com for 3 months Turn over Annual year Contract – 2.5% Com on Turn Over 2. Commission on Hardware & Software 2.5% Com for 3 Months on Front End Profit Apply Now
