nGap Lecturer: Analytical Chemistry - South Africa

Participation in all components of the nGap development programme during the first six (6) years of employment Teach the subjects at Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate levels: Analytical Chemistry, specifically electrochemistry and /or spectroscopy, both theory and practical aspects. Perform appropriate academic and administrative duties in the department. Participate in curriculum development. Perform student assessments. Participate in research activities Participate in the Quality Assurance activities of the Department. Participate in work integrated learning and student visitations. Develop and maintain linkages with industry, professional bodies and local and international institutions of higher education. Assist with marketing and recruitment activities.
