Job Title: Lawyer Job Location: Kwa Zulu-natal Responsibilities: Deal with and advise clients on registrations, processes and requirements Draft founding documents and oversee paralegals for registration processes Draft supporting documents for applications and oversee compiling and lodging Conduct research and draft advice and opinions Keep current with changes in legislation, advising clients and adjusting processes and documents Draft and edit contracts, codes and other documents required.
