Our client based in Ndabeni - Cape Town is looking for an outgoing individual to run the orders office during nightshift. This position requires someone who is not afraid to jump in and assist where need be and able to multi-task in a fast paced FMCG business. Duties: Must work on Sage v19 and have extensive knowledge Must have experience with invoicing a minimum of 150 invoices daily Dealing with customer queries / issues / orders not in / stock issues etc. This position works closely with dispatch – knowing our routes / boards / customers etc. Ideal candidate Due to night shift would suit a male candidate Able to multi-task with ease Excellent organization skills. Think on your feet and able to make a plan Worked as an orders clerk previously Hours of work: Must have own reliable transport no public transport at night Sunday night to Friday night 19h00pm - 04h00am.
