KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that customer specific requirements are understood and addressed per department. Ensure that quality objectives and targets are set, addressed, and met. Ensure that all quality related training and awareness is set and addressed and met. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system [QMS] are maintained and continuously improved upon where necessary. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements and standards throughout the organization are understood and met. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. FTC contract up until the 31/08/2024.
