This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Level 2 Technician located in Randburg. The NOC Level 2 Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring network operations, and network operations tasks. Traveling to Sites will be expected from time to time using company provided resources. Requirements Knowledge and experience in Network Operations centre (NOC) Network Administration skills Strong technical support skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Experience in computer network operations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certification(s) preferred: Mikrotik MTCNA required Mikrotik – Basic IP/routing experience with Mikrotik RouterOS Mikrotik – Radius experience required Driver's license required Own transport to and from Office required Shift work required. Qualification in IT advantageous, but not required. Experience in the telecommunication industry and knowledge of network protocols and hardware required for this role.
