Reference: CTE025062-Elri-1A forward-thinking leader in sustainable energy solutions on the lookout for an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique hybrid setup, with one day per week in the office, along with exciting growth prospects where you can Head up the O & M division and report into EXCO. Oversee the operations and maintenance activities of solar energy projects for both commercial and Industrial clients throughout South Africa, Kenya, Botswana and Zambia. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, developing maintenance schedules, coordinating with suppliers, conducting inspections, and providing technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report solar plant performance to senior management.Skills & Experience:More than 3 years of people and project management experience.Background in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.Solar Plant maintenance and performance experience is advantageous.Strong technical skills in renewable energy systems.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (BTech/BSc/BEng).Proven track record in managing teams and projects effectively.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards. Willing to travel into Southern Cape Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
