We are looking to employ an Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner (OHNP). This position ensures the operational execution of medical and clinical functions at site-based and/or mobile clinic facilities. Duties & Responsibilities: To manage the national Occ Health division. To manage multiple Projects (Clients) i.e., On-site clinics, Medical Surveillance projects and Suppliers. Ensure compliance across the division with registered bodies and associations. Manage divisions performance in terms of targets. Manage Occ Health Database (OHP's, OHNP's and OMP's) to cater for the national workload. Handling injuries on duty (IODs) through the OHNP team Handling occupational illnesses through the OHNP team Managing all COID-related admin through the OHNP team Establishing and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders Delivering client-orientated service Meeting with relevant internal departments that impact the department when required (e.g. Payroll, Sales, Compliance, etc.) Handling and resolving client complaints Meeting with clients to ensure quality service is delivered at all times Promoting the Company to attract candidates and maintain clients. Job Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Nursing with relevant certifications 5 years' experience in general nursing practice and 3 years' experience in an Operations Management position within Occupational Health Communication and motivation Skills Interpersonal skills Organisation and delegation Forward planning and strategic thinking Problem solving and decision-making.
