Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, invoicing for suppliers, customers and bank recons, implement and maintain an efficient filling system - electronically as well as with physical paperwork, and take charge and manage the office. Requirements: Must have experience on accounting systems, Omni would be a plus Creditors / debtors experience is essential Strong administrative and organizational skills Must be able to use Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Must have own transport and needs to be very reliable Able to work independently and without supervision
