Join this Agricultural supply company as an Office Administrator at their offices in Willow Park Manor They are looking for a detail-oriented, thorough and organised person to join their team. The successful person will possess strong work ethic, an ability to work as part of a team and independently. This person will report directly to the MD. What will the Office Administrator be responsible for? - Register and management of delivery notes, GOB's, sales order books and other admin - Assist with OHS Admin - Import and export admin - Back up person for local sales reps - General admin - Pick up and delivery from time to time (with company vehicle, may be a distance to drive) - Back up for Trial Seeds - Assist with reporting and management of maintenance - Admin and packing of Trial seeds What are the minimum requirements: - Grade 12 Admin qualification - Working experience in a similar position in the Agricultural environment - Immaculate organiser and multi-tasker - Navision experience would be an advantage - Advanced Excel skills - Excellent Admin skills - Ability to solve problems and manage conflict - Valid driver's licence
